When and where is the conference?

The 2026 KPCA Annual Conference will be held September 28 – October 1, 2026 at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.



When does registration open?

Conference registration will open May 1, 2026.



What are the registration rates?

KPCA Members

• Early Bird Registration: $200
• Regular Registration: $250

Non Members

• Early Bird Registration: $250
• Regular Registration: $300



What does registration include?

Conference registration includes:

• Access to conference sessions and educational workshops
• Conference materials and resources
• Networking opportunities with health center leaders and partners
• Access to the exhibitor expo hall



Is there a hotel room block available?

Yes. A discounted room block will be available at the Galt House Hotel for conference attendees.



How do I become a sponsor or exhibitor?
